Prefix Finance is a boutique finance business located in Subiaco, Perth, Western Australia. We began the business to help support the needs of an ever growing list of clients and we travel to meet new and existing clients nearly anywhere in Australia, but we mostly operate from our office located close to the centre of Subiaco, on the leafy Churchill Avenue.

We can offer a variety of some 30 possible lenders through our Aggregator, AFG. Which is a Western Australian business that has been involved in the Australian finance broking industry since it began.

The heart of our business is Ian Jolley, who spent forty eight years working at a major bank as both a Branch Manager, writing Home Loans for customers, and for the last fifteen years as a Home and Investment Lending Manager. Ian is well known in the the banking industry and achieved many accolades including many State Awards (WA) for Home/Investment Lending as well as the National Runner Up for Home/Investment Lending in 2006.

Brent Jolley began a career in Finance Broking in 2013. After completing the necessary training and qualification requirements he has been working closely with Ian to learn the skills and knowledge needed to be a superior Finance Broker. His close relationship with the Aviation Industry has provided a specialised client offering with an unmatched attention to detail. After more than a year directly involved in the mortgage broking industry, and seven years working as a personal banker at ANZ, Tina Chen made the transition to Accredited Mortgage Consultant in April 2019. Tina boasts an expereinced skill set and a tertiary education from Curtin University - Masters of Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce, double major Finance and Marketing. As well as holding a Diploma in Sales and Marketing.

Experienced Home and Investment Lending Manager Anne Marie Anderson joined Prefix Finance in September 2019. Anne Marie has more than twenty five years banking experience including a decade of mortgage lending experience. She has made the transition to Mortgage Broking and brings a wealth of expertise to the team.

Prefix Finance is an ASIC registered business with a ASIC granted Credit Licence (ACL 474 389). We hold Australian Financial Complaints Authority membership as well as individual association memberships of the Finance Brokers Association of Australia. All brokers are required to complete Continuing Professional Development hours each year and maintain appropriate levels of product knowledge of all lenders we place loans with.
